Honey + Turmeric Holistic Bar Soap

This is one of the few soaps we make that is not Vegan! Upon a poll made in February, over 50% of our customers voted Yes for our Honey + Turmeric. Our locally sourced honey from Bee’s Honey in Albuquerque makes the perfect, sweet smelling base for our lathery bars. Our shea butter base is first infused with honey, then later we add in the turmeric powder and turmeric essential oil. If you’re looking for a holistic solution to your skincare needs, this bar will help treat dry, dull skin. The honey makes it a natural humectant, locking in the moisture you already have in your skin barrier. The turmeric adds a natural glow, and an intense exfoliation to remove any blackheads. Turmeric also helps aid with joint pain, and inflammation in the skin. This makes it a great acne fighting bar, and a wonderful facial bar. Other benefits of this bar include: wound healing, anti inflammatory, reduces dark spots and hyperpigmentation, acne prevention, helps with stretch marks. 

Ingredients: Sodium Hydroxide (lye), Distilled Water, Shea Butter, Sunflower Oil, Coconut Oil, Honey, Turmeric Powder, Turmeric Essential Oil.

We always recommend the user doing a patch test to make sure that they like the feel of their bar, and to help identify any potential flare ups that could occur if the user is allergic to an ingredient without knowing. This bar is for recommended use on the hands, face and  body.
