Blue Corn Body Scrub- Mini

This is apart of my corn based products, because here at The Soap Mama we can’t have enough corn! Made with local blue corn from Valencia Mills, this is a highly exfoliating scrub with a nourishing almond oil base. Added lemon essential oil draws out the subtly sweet scent of blue corn. In my culture, corn is used for anything from ceremonies to food. For me, implanting it in my skincare routine is like a ritual to start my day off on a positive note. The added lemon oil is also a mood booster. 
Potential Benefits of Blue Corn Scrub: 

• Provides a nourishing base with almond oil. 
  
  
• Added sugar and blue corn give a nice, grainy consistency, perfect for exfoliation to remove skin embellishments. 
  
  
• Corn acts similarly to oats, providing a soothing effect on the skin. 
  
  Added lemon oil is astringent, giving the skin a nice acne relief. Lemon also has the potential to lighten the skin. 
  

Ingredients: Almond oil, sugar, dried blue corn, and lemon essential oil. 

We always recommend the user doing a patch test to make sure that they like the feel of their bar, and to help identify any potential flare ups that could occur if the user is allergic to an ingredient without knowing. This bar is for recommended use on the hands, face and  body. It is suitable to all skin types.
